Signing Up

1. To get a Smile ID account, schedule some time to speak with an expert here. This contact form allows us to better understand your business needs and provide you with better support.

2. You will receive an email with a link to our onboarding form, where you can create an account on our portal, submit your company KYC, and sign our service order form to accept our terms and conditions.

3. Sign up for an account by following the link.

4. After clicking Create Account you should see this message:

  1. You'll receive an email from us with you account details, from there you can set your password and get started!

The information you submit in our Onboarding form is covered under our privacy and security policy and will not be shared outside of Smile ID's compliance team without prior engagement and approval by you except if you violate our terms and conditions or if we receive a binding law enforcement order. In all such cases, we will attempt to promptly notify you that this information has been requested by law enforcement.

Once this information is received and verified your account will be enabled for Production.
